Thirty cents to eighty-five dollars: the 2026 price band

A Yahoo Mail PVA can be had for $0.30. A verified Facebook Business Manager account runs to $85. That is a roughly 280x spread inside a single market, and most arguments about PVA pricing are really arguments about where in that band an order belongs.

Four variables move you along it. The platform sets the baseline, since Yahoo and Facebook Business Manager are not remotely comparable products to manufacture. The tier decides how much of the account’s history you are buying rather than building yourself. Geography adds a multiplier, with Southeast Asian and Eastern European mixes at the cheap end and aged USA inventory at the expensive end. Quantity pulls the other way, so a solo buyer pays the most per unit and a 500-unit order pays the least.

What actually sets the price of a single account

Creation friction comes first. Every platform imposes a different cost on whoever produces the account. Yahoo asks very little, with a soft phone requirement and light CAPTCHA pressure, which is why its floor is measured in cents. A verified Facebook Business Manager account requires business-tier registration plus a review process, and that review is why its floor sits above $20. Google Voice lands between them, needing US address and phone-verification infrastructure but no human approval step.

Aging is the second cost, and buyers underestimate it. Changing a creation date in a database is not aging. Real aging means a supplier keeps light activity running through residential IPs and browser sessions for weeks or months, which is continuous labor with continuous infrastructure attached. A genuinely 90-day-old account costs a supplier five to fifteen times what a fresh one costs to produce.

Geography is the third. Creating a US account costs three to five times what a Southeast Asian equivalent costs, because US phone verification pulls in SIM cards, US residential IPs and US address services. That premium buys a trust signal every US-facing platform reads for the life of the account.

Volume is the fourth, and it works in your favor. Provisioning, testing and packaging get cheaper per unit as order size climbs, and suppliers hand 10-40% of that back at the 25, 100 and 500 unit marks.

Every figure above is single-unit retail. Crossing 25 units takes 10-15% off, 100 units takes 20-25%, 500 units reaches 30-40%.

Mailbox inventory, from the floor upward

Yahoo Mail occupies the $0.30-5 band and ships more units worldwide than any other email category. Buyers point it at trial signups, opt-in list seeding, bulk registration work, and the recovery-address slot on other PVA accounts. Tiers are listed on the Yahoo Mail page.

Hotmail at $1-10 carries most cold email volume. It undercuts Gmail, tolerates higher daily send caps, and picks up a same-family delivery advantage landing into Microsoft 365 receivers. Pricing lives on the Hotmail page.

Outlook.com at $1.50-15 runs on the same platform as Hotmail under a newer brand, with receivers treating it a little differently. The genuinely interesting product here is the Outlook 365 tenant tier at $30-90. For B2B cold email at volume it returns more per dollar than anything else in the email category, because Microsoft receivers sit in front of 55-60% of B2B inboxes and the Exchange-to-Exchange delivery bonus is large enough to measure. The consumer tier is on the Outlook page. Tenant seats are not a listed catalog line here and are quoted per job.

Gmail at $2-25 is the premium consumer mailbox. Receivers extend it more trust than Yahoo or Hotmail across both consumer and B2B flows. Aged Gmail does double duty, powering high-end cold email programs and serving as the primary email attached to Facebook and Instagram accounts that cannot afford to be lost. Tier detail is on the Gmail page.

Social accounts, where the spreads get wide

Instagram stretches from $2 to $40, one of the widest tier gaps on the list. Fresh USA stock at $2-5 handles signup work. Aged 90-day accounts with seeded follower counts at $15-40 serve growth marketing and audience engineering. Demand in 2026 comes mostly from dating verticals and Gen-Z brand campaigns. See the Instagram page.

Twitter (X) runs $1.50-25 and moves with crypto airdrop activity. Fresh USA accounts at $1.50-3 exist to bind a wallet once, the 1:1 pairing that a costed 500-wallet airdrop farm build is organized around. Aged 90-day accounts with follower seeding at $10-25 support reply farming and audience work. Above that sits verified-blue inventory at $40-80 for KOL-style operations. See the Twitter page.

Facebook covers $3-85, the widest cost spread in the whole PVA category. One-shot signup work takes fresh USA accounts at $3-8. Standard dropshipping and ecommerce operations run on aged, BM-eligible USA accounts at $8-15. Verified business manager inventory at $25-85 exists for ad-spend operations where losing an account is genuinely expensive. Tier breakdown on the Facebook page.

Snapchat Ads Manager at $8-55 stays thinly served relative to demand from mobile UA teams, Gen-Z ecommerce brands and affiliate buyers. Entry-level business-verified access costs $10-15. Aged 90-day accounts carrying prior spend history reach $35-55, which is what scaled UA programs buy. See the Snapchat page.

LinkedIn at $4-60 delivers more revenue leverage per account than anything else here, for the simple reason that an SDR meeting booked through LinkedIn feeds deals with $10k-50k average lifetime value. Standard outbound teams buy aged USA accounts at $9-20. Sales Navigator-eligible inventory at $22-60 is the premium option, and the per-connection-request math on owning versus renting a profile explains why owned aged stock beats monthly rental on anything ongoing. Tiers are on the LinkedIn page.

Numbers and messengers

Google Voice at $1.50-14 is the layer nobody talks about and everybody depends on. A fresh USA number at $1.50-3 covers one SMS verification. Aged 90-day numbers with prior activity at $6-14 lift success rates on the platforms that fight back hardest, and they ship bundled with Google account credentials so they work on arrival. Pricing on the Google Voice page.

Telegram accounts shipped as tdata plus session string run $1-20, with demand concentrated in airdrop farming and community seeding. Fresh tdata at $1-3 handles wallet binding. Whether you order tdata or a Telethon or Pyrogram session string depends on whether a browser profile or an unattended script will hold the account. Aged 90-day accounts with a custom username at $10-20 serve community operations. Tiers on the Telegram page.

Developer accounts and student credentials

GitHub accounts at $2-18 get bought to farm free-tier developer trials, push compute through GitHub Actions, and pad open-source contribution histories. Standard PVA stock costs $2-8; aged 90-day accounts with contribution history reach $10-18. See the GitHub page.

Edu email addresses at $8-50 unlock the student-discount stack: Microsoft Office Education, Spotify Student, Autodesk, Notion Personal Pro, Amazon Prime Student and GitHub Student Pack among others. Standard .edu accounts sit at $8-20, verified premium at $25-50. Details on the Edu Mail page.

GitHub Student Pack accounts at $15-60 ship with the pack already redeemed, which removes the .edu to Student Pack activation cycle entirely. Standard tier is $15-30; premium with extended activations runs $35-60. Pricing on the GitHub Student Pack page.

Deciding which tier to buy

The tier question resolves faster than most buyers expect once you ask what a failure costs.

Go premium when a lost account costs roughly ten times its purchase price. Facebook accounts holding $500 or more in pending ad spend qualify immediately, as do LinkedIn accounts sourcing deals of $10k and up. Long-running work follows the same logic, since dropshipping stores and continuous SDR outbound both need accounts alive for months rather than days. Timing points the same way: aged stock deploys on arrival while fresh accounts need 7-14 days of warming, and pre-verified tiers skip approval queues costing 7-14 days on Facebook Business Manager and 5-10 days on Sales Navigator.

Buy at the floor when the account has one job. Yahoo for trial farming and Google Voice for a single SMS verification are exactly that. Warming pools, opt-in capture and secondary recovery addresses are non-critical by design. Short campaigns belong here too, since nutra affiliate work burns accounts within 4-7 days regardless of quality. At genuine volume, redundancy replaces per-account durability, so paying for both is waste.

Our companion piece on buying PVA accounts safely covers the failure modes that surface before the tier question ever gets asked.

The recurring stack behind every account

Accounts make up only 40-60% of the money a bulk operation puts out each month. Everything else is the supporting stack, and that bill arrives again whether or not you order more units.

Residential proxies cost $5-12 per account per month. Anti-detect browser licensing lands between $0.25 and $1.50 per profile per month once you are running a few hundred, which our per-profile breakdown of the main anti-detect browsers prices vendor by vendor. Virtual cards add $2-5 monthly for each Facebook BM or LinkedIn Sales Navigator account. Cold email tiers carry a warming platform fee on top, generally $30-100 monthly for something like Instantly, Smartlead or Lemlist.

Put those together for a 100-account Facebook ads operation and the monthly picture looks like this. Accounts absorb $1,200-2,500 counting the upfront purchase and the replacement cycle. Proxies take $500-800. Anti-detect licensing takes $100-200. Virtual cards take $200-300. All in, the operation costs roughly $2,000-3,800 per month, with the accounts themselves representing something like 40-50% of it.

Buyers who skip this arithmetic lose good accounts they already paid for, because the proxies and browser profiles underneath them were never funded.

How money moves in this market

Payment norms tightened between 2024 and 2026, leaving three channels worth knowing.

Crypto is the universal one, with USDT on TRC20 dominant and BTC widely accepted. It clears without either side being able to reverse it, which is why it became standard for opening an account with a new supplier. Bank wire is where established relationships end up, and on large orders it settles faster than crypto once trust exists. Card payments through Stripe or PayPal are available at a minority of suppliers, because chargeback exposure cuts into margin, and those accepting cards usually add a 3-5% surcharge.

Open with crypto on a first order, here or anywhere else, then move to wire or card once the relationship has proven itself. Before committing more than $500 to an unfamiliar supplier, work through the vetting checklist in our guide on spotting a scam PVA seller.

Where our list sits against the rest of the market

MixAcc prices in the mid-to-premium band. We are not the cheapest supplier available and do not try to be, but we stay within 10-15% of the market’s other premium-quality sellers. That positioning buys several specific things.

A 7-day replacement window covers every tier, from fresh stock through verified and Sales Navigator inventory. Survival-rate figures come from more than 80,000 accounts shipped across 18 months. Bulk discounts pool across products, so one invoice combining Facebook, Instagram, Gmail, Google Voice and Hotmail hits the 25-unit threshold on combined quantity. Standard and aged USA tiers both ship the same day, normally inside 4 hours of payment clearing, and runs of 500 units and up land within 24 hours. Built-to-order work, meaning a named geography, niche warming or set creation dates, is quoted per platform before payment and starts at 3 business days, running considerably longer on the platforms where warming has to happen in real calendar time. Crypto, bank transfer, card and escrow on larger first orders are all accepted.

At 500 units of any tier, discounting reaches the mid-teens percent range, level with what direct phone-farm operators quote. The difference is a public reputation the supplier has to protect.

Questions we get a lot

Which PVA category costs the least in 2026?
Yahoo Mail sits at the bottom of the market at $0.30-1.50 per unit, and nothing genuine sits under it. Anything cheaper is disposable inbox territory such as temp-mail or mailinator, which cannot function as a PVA. If you need a mailbox with working IMAP and SMTP access, nothing usable exists below Yahoo. Moving up: Hotmail costs $1-4, Gmail $3-15, an Outlook 365 tenant $30-80, LinkedIn $9-35, and a business-manager-verified Facebook account starts around $25. That ladder tracks how much trust each account carries and how well receivers treat mail sent from it.
Why does an aged account cost several times what a fresh one does?
Part of it is production cost. Ninety days of genuine aging means ninety days of light activity through residential IPs, real browser sessions and platform interaction, all of which the supplier has to fund. The rest is outcome pricing. Aged inventory stays alive two to four times as long once it is put to work, so even at three to five times the sticker price, the cost per day of usable life usually comes out below the fresh tier. Price lists are simply charging for that survival difference.
Are bulk discounts genuine or just a sales tactic?
They are genuine, and most suppliers use the same thresholds. Orders crossing 25 units usually shave 10-15% off list, 100 units gets you 20-25%, and 500 units reaches 30-40%. Anyone placing 100 or more units a month sees savings that add up substantially across a year. Buyers picking up 5 to 25 units at a time generally pay list.
Which platforms have gotten more expensive this year?
Google Voice leads the increases at 40-60% above 2024 levels, driven by tighter US carrier SIM registration. Business-manager-verified Facebook accounts are up 30-50% as Meta added verification friction. LinkedIn Sales Navigator accounts rose 20-35% because commercial-use approval got harder to pass. Movement went the other way on Yahoo, Hotmail and Twitter, where more suppliers entered those categories and competition pushed prices down.
When does the premium tier actually earn its price?
It comes down to how much money each account is responsible for. A Facebook ads account carrying $500-5,000 of pending spend makes the gap between standard and verified business manager inventory look trivial next to the exposure. A Yahoo account that completes one $2 trial signup and then dies justifies nothing above the floor. A workable threshold: buy premium once a single account failing costs roughly ten times what the account cost you. Everywhere else, take the cheapest tier that clears your quality bar.
How do PVA suppliers get paid in 2026?
Crypto is the one channel every credible supplier supports, with USDT on TRC20 dominant and BTC widely accepted. Bank wire appears once a buyer and seller have history together. Card rails through Stripe or PayPal exist at a minority of suppliers, since chargeback exposure eats into margin. Settle your first order with any unfamiliar supplier in crypto. Neither side can reverse it, which is why it became the default opening channel.
Where do I check what MixAcc charges right now?
Each product carries its own page listing live tier pricing, what separates one tier from the next, and the quantity levels where discounts kick in. The full catalog has the current numbers. Because rates move with supply, upstream cost shifts and seasonal demand, treat the product pages as authoritative over any figure quoted in an article.
